What exactly is a paintball sniper rifle? Is it a completely different type of gun altogether? Not exactly. Although more and more specifically designed sniper rifles are on the market now, most sniper rifles are simply your standard paintball gun with or a “sniper kit” or “package” as they are called. These kits or packages are are add on kits you can purchase for most guns that simply upgraded the gun you already have to a sniper level gun. This is done by adding a modified barrel, a scope, special handle, etc.
